failing your GCSEs is NOT the end of the world ♡

 for any of my younger british readers and you have just gotten your exam results and feel disappointed with the outcome, I'm writing this to offer comfort and tell you why everything will be okay!!

I left school in 2025 and failed almost all of my exams, I only passed science, art and english. as you probably already know, college / sixth form almost always allow free retakes of the most important exams up until you turn 19! thats an extra 3 years to lock tf in and get those grades! You will still be able to get a good paying job (as good pay as any job 16-19 year old can get) I got a job with my grades and I know plenty of people w no GCSEs who have gotten multiple! if you choose to go to college, after even less than a year you will have a chance to get jobs in your chosen field, I personally didn't try but people in my class w similar results did. I just got my qualification on the 20th and literally have a job interview for tomorrow as I'm typing this, my first job I had before I even knew I passed my course! obviously any job you have in your chosen field will at first be very basic, I was an assistant and all I did was clean but I was there, getting experience in my field AND getting that bag ;)

don't let anyone tell you your life is going nowhere or that you'll end up working in a shitty place, even if you do end up working at a shitty place at first, you have every opportunity in the world to prove that you are more than just your grades, besides, maths and english are the only subjects employers really care about and even then, success is still possible!!

 I love autumn. without a doubt it is the BEST season. crunchy leaves, pumpkin patches, cosy scarves and fluffy boots it is truly the best season out of all of them.

MOVIE REVIEW - spiderman brand-new-day!

on monday I went to see the new spiderman movie w one of my friends! spoilers ahead <3 also I've never written a movie review so this is pure waffle ;-;

beauty treatments I would and would not recommend doing at home!

 I get it. beauty treatments can be really really expensive. getting things done professionally can feel overwhelming and you'd much rather do at home but alot of them I think are far safer to have done by a qualified therapist, so I have compiled a list of treatments I would and would not recommend doing at home to help save you some money!

3 makeup products id recommend to ANYONE

 1. il makiage liquid eyeliner - this eyeliner is genuinely so fucking good, I used it over some henna I got on holiday and it didnt come off for like 3 days, the pen isnt dry and doesnt go patchy AND it was a free gift w smth else I ordered!!!!

2. kiko milan glitter lip glosses - I bought me and my bestfriend some matching glosses and OMG. the pigment is so good and is actually glittery nor are they gross and sticky! the amount of glittery lip glosses that dont actually stay glittery is appalling. I defo need to buy more when I finish my other glosses.

3. NYX glitter brilliants - I bought one not even joking like 4 years ago and its STILL going. I use them pretty much any time I go out whether it be to a party or a special event ect, I used it in my prom makeup! the glitter sticks so beautifully and is SO shiny its shinier than a regular glittery eyeshadow!!

welcome to my blog!!

hi guys welcome to my blog! im so excited to start using this its actually unreal!! the design genuinely took me about 8 hours to create in total its actually crazy. I think it wouldve taken me less time if I had followed a tutorial but I like the challenge of figuring it out myself, I did the same with my notion page lol!
